Leigh has 15 years of experience in the software industry, having worked in research, telecommunications, financial, security, and open-source sectors. During that time he has served as a Software Engineer, Scrum Master, an Agile Coach, and a Senior Manager.
"I take that experience and form my own blend of Continuous Improvement Coaching, with my own model and power tool developed specifically with my clients in mind".
